Content: I recently purchased a Quick charge 3.0 car charger. Model #X001PULTHD. My concern is that I am not exactly sure how to get the 3.0 USB to charge. Now having it I gather that this only works on certain phones? I certainly would like to use both of the ports or else I should have just purchased a regular car charger with dual ports. Can you provide me with some direction on use of the 3.0 port? Thank you

Content: Dear sirs,I recently purchased one of you Jsaux USB-C to HDMI adapters from Amazon US and I regret to inform that I clearly received a defective unit. Whenever the braided cable is moved even the slightest, the pictures starts flickering and/or disconnects completely from the computer. Sadly, I do not live in the US and I am unable to return the product and receive another unit in exchange (I didn't expect to receive a defective unit in the first place!). I'm a tech-savvy user and electrical engineer so I'm pretty much confident that this isn't a monitor/computer issue, as all monitors and laptops I've tried are in prime conditions and are working fine - plus I've isolated the cause to the adapter itself. Is there any way this can be solved? I'd appreciate if you could get back to me ASAP. Thanks, Felipe
