Content: Hello recently purchased on Amazon your 4 pack of type C connectors for charging my new phone. So far 2 of them have become un-usable as they do not seat correctly in my Galazy8s phone. They become loose and fall out usually after a few minutes and then no re charge. So far the third one is functioning as designed . Content: I recently purchased two JSAUX 3.0 Micro B Cables (product code X001LT73ZP) from Amazon to charge my Samsung Galaxy S5 smart phone. Cables don't charge when plugged into different chargers. For some reason they charged phone when connected to USB "sinc port" of desktop, but I need to charge from plug-in type 120 volt charger. Please advise what problem may be. Thank you.

Content: I have been using your JSAUX Car Phone Mount Universal 360°Rotation Dashboard Magnetic Car Phone Holder Stand for the last 6 months and have been pleased. Last week howver, the mount failed and now will not hold the phone upright, it just spins around. Please advise how to resolve this issue.
