i extended the datapart of the cable with an extension from Amazon and connected the USB-C to a powered Port on my pc. i combined the cable with the KIWI Cable-Pulley-System to provide complete 3D cablemanagement from my ceiling. Cable is highquality as far as i can tell.
EVEN with the extension of the datapart of the cable (now 10meters) i reach 2.8 GBps for the cable, no jitter, no jumping and a perfect picture in my oculus 2 with LinkCable.
10/10 - recommended it to my oculus friends and i am very satisfied with the product.
I initially ordered about a month ago. It had no updates for quite sometime and I wrote an email to support. Despite how busy I thought they were, they were really nice and responded within 2 days. They asured me it will be going along and not too long later it was shipped out. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have since gotten the cable and needless to say it's awsome. The build quality is superb and it seems to charge the quest while playing, tho if I may add, it still does drain just very slowy. A more powerful charger might fix that tho. I wish I could say all was good, but when testing the trasfer speeds, I could not get anything more then usb 3 speeds. Sometimes 2.5 Gpbs and sometimes 2.7 Gbps. I am on a 5950X and mpg x570 gaming edge wifi motherbord. Which has usb 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 ports. Usb 3.2 Gen 2 of which is required to hit the advertised 10 Gbps. The cable tho, no matter what ports I plug them into seem to not be able to do anything more then USB 3 speeds. I don't wish to out right accuse Jsaux of mis marketing the cable as there might be some error on my parts so I hope someone at Jsaux reads this and chimes in. Anyhow to sum it up, it's a great cable and I don't think this should discourage you from buying it, so as long as all you want is a good cable that charges your quest 2 while playing as well as a trasfer speed up to 2.7 Gbps.
