We've received numerous requests for a transparent back panel with cooling. After a month of development, we launched the new ROG Ally Transparent Back Panel Cooling Edition in early April, now available for purchase.

We apologize for the issue you've experienced with the difficulty in reaching the Menu/Armoury Crate and View/Command Center buttons. To address this, we have optimized the product mold and implemented a full-coverage silicone protection for these four buttons. This design change introduces a protective shell that is raised around the buttons, making them easier to use during gameplay.

We plan to release the optimized Silicone Grip Case Set for the ROG Ally PC0201 in Q3 of 2024. Please keep an eye on the JSAUX official website and social media accounts for updates on this new product.

We have received a few customer reports about this issue, which, upon investigation, appears to be caused by significant electrical current fluctuations triggering a protection mechanism that freezes the LED effects.

Solution: Unplug both the PD and the upstream ports to completely cut off power for 5-10 seconds. The Docking Station will initiate an automatic reset system, and reconnecting it will restore normal operation. The Docking Station's functionality and the LED lighting are controlled by two separate systems, so the Docking Station's functions will not be affected when the LED is frozen.

We've made structural modifications to the older RGB Back Plate PC0106A and the older Back Plate Vents PC0106B, including adding specific screws and a screwdriver for the Steam Deck OLED, to ensure compatibility with the Steam Deck OLED.
