Hassle-Free Return
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 15 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Jsaux’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 7 or 15 days money back guarantee expire 7 or 15 days after the package shows receipt. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 7 or 15 days window.
Note:
1. Due to the unique nature of the FlipGo Monitor product, it does not qualify for our standard hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Jsaux Customer Service within 7 days of acquiring the product.If you fail to contact customer service within 7 days, we will reserve the right to refuse returns and repairs because you have received the goods for some time, and we are unable to determine the cause of the problem (,whether it is transportation damage, human damage, or product quality damage). Please consider this before making your purchase.

2. We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have already been used.
3. For products ordered in error due to compatibility issues, as compatibility information is clearly stated on the product page, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
Returns Procedure
- Please contact the Jsaux customer service team by email at official@jsaux.com to obtain a return shipping address, or the prepaid shipping label if applicable for your case.
Please include the following information:
-Order number
-Proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot or order)
-Reason for return
-Video or photo of the faulty product
-Complete delivery address
2. Please consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or the prepaid shipping label to mail the package (if applicable).
Properly pack the product to reduce potential damage while in transport. After shipping the product(s), please inform us by email.
3. Jsaux will process refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle .
4. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees. You will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for returning your item.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.We’re currently only able to provide free returns for US Jsaux members, so if you're not from the US then you’ll need to cover any return postage costs yourself, and we'd always recommend using a tracked service.
Important Notice:
Any returned items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. All elements of the original packaging (i.e. tags, strap ties, protector film, clear polybag) should be present and intact, and the product should be returned in its original shipping box. We reserve the right not to issue a full refund if products have been customized or have been used, damaged, or tampered with (unless they are faulty).
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Jsaux Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring the product.
All returns must be pre-authorized by our team - any unauthorized returns may not be processed.
