This issue is typically related to macOS’s display management system, where the system may fail to properly recognize external monitors after waking from sleep. Many macOS users have reported similar issues online, indicating that this is a known problem awaiting an official fix in future macOS updates.We recommend the following temporary solutions for customers:· After the laptop wakes from sleep, press the power button on the right side of the portable monitor.· Alternatively, adjust the power settings to select the “Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off” option.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Based on our testing, we recommend customers use a 65W charger to ensure optimal performance.
We have received customer feedback regarding this issue. To enhance user experience, our R&D team has optimized the product structure, and the next-generation FlipGo Stand Holder will be released in mid-November. If you have purchased an older model and encounter this problem, please contact our support team at support@jsaux.com for a replacement.
We have received feedback about the anti-slip pads detaching during use. The FlipGo Stand Holder comes with pre-installed anti-slip strips and footpads, along with one additional strip and two extra footpads. If you experience this issue, we recommend applying the extra anti-slip pads provided. If this solution does not meet your needs, please contact our support team at support@jsaux.com.
We have received feedback from some customers reporting a slight odor from the leather material during initial use. To address this issue, we have extended the ventilation time before shipment and used activated carbon to effectively absorb any odors.
After installing the protective case, please adjust the top cover as needed. You can refer to this video for guidance.We have carefully selected the current design and materials to make installation and removal as easy as possible. However, due to material and manufacturing tolerances, slight fitting issues may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we are continuously working to improve our product design. Following the release of the ROG Ally X, we received numerous customer requests for this feature. In response, our R&D team worked closely with engineering using real device data from the Ally X. As a result, the Anti-Glare Screen Protector with a tempered glass alignment tool for the ROG Ally X was quickly launched to meet customer needs.
After the launch of the Handle Strap Kit for Legion Go, it gained popularity among many Legion Go users. However, some customers provided feedback that the strap was unnecessary and affected gameplay. JSAUX values the gaming experience of our users, so the second-generation product will feature a detachable strap, allowing users to decide whether to use it based on their specific gaming needs.The second-generation product will be released in mid-November, and we will offer a $5 discount for existing users of the first-generation product.
