Q1. JSAUX Dock: Why & how different from other 11-in-1 models?
A1. Our products feature a DisplayPort as well as HDMI ports that support up to 8K resolution (backward compatible with 4K@165Hz/4K@144Hz/4K@120Hz) when used individually. In dual display mode, they can simultaneously output up to 4K@60Hz.
Q2. How does it work ?
A2. Laptops often feature just a USB-C port, necessitating the use of a multi-functional docking station. By connecting the docking station to the USB-C port, you can access a wide array of connections including Ethernet, HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-A.
Q3. Can USB-C PD connect to other USB-C devices and transfer data?
A3. The USB-C PD interface is solely designed for device charging purposes and does not support data transfer. It is not intended to connect to other USB-C devices.
Q4. Is it capable of simultaneously reading TF and SD cards?
A4. Yes, but iPad Pro2020 interface restrictions, only single card read and write.
Q5. No video output detected when HDMI and DP ports are connected. What might be the missing component or issue?
A5. Troubleshooting steps:
1.Check proper HDMI cable connection to the display or PC's HDMI port.
2.Ensure the use of an HDMI cable version 2.1 or higher.
3.Confirm connection of the PD charger to the product.

Great product. Useful for my ROG Ally... and, for my Galaxy S8Ultra. Really maximises their capabilities.
I no have issues with this dock. I use because I have 2 PC. For work and for play, so I don't have to disconnect and connect everything again. I only unplug and plug the dock. Good experience with JSAUX, like my past times.
Docking station equipped with DisplayPort, HDMI, USB and network and more for use also with Asus ROG Ally. Purchased during the Christmas discounts. Great product.
I got a defective unit at first but got a replacement easily and quickly. The only caveat (from the 3 units that I interacted with) is that the screen goes black for a second randomly every hour or so. But for the price and features offered, this one's IMO unbeatable. Just be aware that you might end up getting a defective unit at first and then get a functional replacement.
I love the idea of this dock and, as someone else has said, it is amazing until you plug in a HDMI or DP cable. Then the external screen just flickers constantly. Sometimes it goes blank for a couple of seconds.
I tried a USB3.2 cable, as Roland suggested, but that didn't work. Might have been the cable, it was pretty cheap, but having to spend AUD 30-40 on a good quality cable, which may not work, makes this no longer a 'value for money' dock.
Seems okay if the device is running off battery, not mains power. But being able to use it when the device is plugged in, is basically the point of a dock. The only way I've got it to work is by running the power through my powerbank. So wall to powerbank, powerbank to dock, dock to device. This works okay with only a very rare flickers.
But, over-all, a bit disappointed, especially as some other products I have from Jsaux are excellent.
