Great, works perfectly with my Steam Deck and phone. Perfect amount of usb. The only thing I would change is have 1 usb c port as well.

Excellent quality, works great

Everything works as expected. It's a really good quality hardware. No issues.
Only downside is that I can't cook eggs on top of it as I did on my cheaper docking station.

In general great dock

In general, it is a great dock however, I already had a few better ones. I tried this one as it's declared it works with switch so I expected to have one dock to rule them all. Unfortunately, that's not true, or at least out of the box it not work, maybe FW update is needed. As well a its supports 4k on Mac but doesn't 2k, and I have 2k monitor. As well as Mac connection is not too stable, sometimes it works sometimes dont.

Here are some suggestions. Could you give them a try and let us know the results?
1.To adjust the resolution/refresh rate of the external monitor, you need to select the 'Display Settings' option in the Steam Deck settings.

2.If you encounter signal transmission issues, please consider replacing the standard HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.1 video cable. Choose an HDMI cable with a length less than 15 feet to ensure stable signal transmission.

3. Overconnection (such as using an HDMI switch) can weaken the signal, making it unable to output 2K@120Hz.If you need to use an HDMI switch, we recommend using a video cable with both ends shorter than 2 meters or reducing the output resolution in host mode.

4.Before continuing, please ensure that the game you want to play is supported 2K@120Hz Activate the necessary settings to display the game at this resolution. In some cases, you may need to restart the application in desktop mode to properly configure these settings.

5.If the above troubleshooting steps are ineffective, please provide us with the brand and model of the connected device and display screen. We will forward this information to our technical team for targeted investigation. Please don't worry, I will solve your problem as soon as possible.
