In light of the many messages we have received about delays in shipping your orders, we decided to address this topic in a new blog post so we can explain the origin behind the problem and the actions we've taken to fix it. First and foremost, please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
To be honest, we underestimated the growing popularity of JSAUX after the first-gen docking station for Steam Deck became a sales hit thanks to Reddit. This lack of foresight caused our stocks to fall far short of the increasing demand generated in the last weeks. It also affected the shipping times because we had to produce more units according to the new pre-orders and look for a logistics company that could handle larger shipments.
Once the problem was identified, we started looking for the best solutions to readdress the issue as soon as possible. We're now producing and shipping the accessories much faster than a couple of weeks ago. Here's what we’ve done and achieved so far:
- We’ve grown our production capacity and hired a new logistics company.
- 95% of the orders of HB0602 (Docking Station Gen 1) have been shipped, and we expect to complete 70% of the orders for HB0603 (Docking Station Gen 2) this very week.
- We’ve just acquired a new warehouse in North America, from where we’ll be sending all our products. It will take only 3-7 days to deliver orders in the US.
- In addition to all this, we’re hiring a new customer service representative that will hopefully be able to respond to your support requests in a faster way. Don't hesitate to contact us if you think it could be you!
