About Production Times and The New Year Break

Dear customers, 

It's been a while since we released our transparent back plate for Steam Deck, and lots of passionate modders within our community already requested us a wider variety of colors to play with. So the first thing to say is, JSAUX heard you loud and clear! We’re also excited about the idea, and that’s the main reason we’re running a Twitter poll to decide which options to prioritize.

For the time being, only the two most-voted options will be tested and manufactured. If everything goes as planned, these new back plates will be coming to our official shop by early April. Production times are usually slow, so we apologize in advance!

And speaking about delays, there’s one more thing we have to announce. As our factory has been greatly affected by COVID-19, we’re afraid the production of modcases and transparent back plates will be slower until further notice. Specifically, it affects all the orders placed after January 15th, which will be shipped out between February 15th and 17th.

This situation is directly related to our New Year holidays too. In order to allow our employees to enjoy a peaceful time with their beloved ones, our factory will stop its activity from 20th to 30th of January. Although we will accept new orders, these ones will remain on hold and we’ll catch up with them as soon as we’re back to work. A reminder will be displayed on every product page during this period so you don’t forget.

The support team is also invited to join this festive break, so all inquiries received during the holidays will be replied within the next 2 or 3 days after our comeback. In the meantime, you may receive an automatic answer replying to some frequently asked questions. If you want to learn more about this, don’t hesitate to ask us anytime!
