Does what it says on the tin

Works just the way I want. No fuss, clean lines, solid feel, good non-slide material on base, components plug in fine. A quality product.

Great but could use improvement

Works as intended, but sometimes connection to external monitor is tricky, need to unplug power, power off, power on... A bit inconvenient, must be a compatibility issue. Also, USB connectors feel loose and cheap. But overall a nice product for the buck, does the job

Great with one caveat

The dock itself is great, I love that it is metal instead of plastic. It works great as a USB hub and NIC. The downside is that the pads in the holder itself are stuck on with adhesive that doesn't stick to the metal surface very well. So over time, perhaps a week of my Deck being in the dock, they slide up to the point that the Deck falls out of the dock and I have to re-attach the pads and the process starts all over again. Is there a way to keep the pads from sliding?
