To comply with recent European Union customs policy changes, eligible physical-product orders shipped to EU destinations may include an EU Customs Duty.

This fee is collected in advance to help cover customs-related import charges associated with eligible shipments to the European Union. It is not part of the product price itself.

How the EU Customs Duty is charged

An EU Customs Duty of $3 is charged for each eligible product in the order.

The same product is charged only once per order, even if multiple quantities of that same product are purchased.

For bundle or kit products, the EU Customs Duty is calculated based on the number of eligible products included in the package. This means a bundle or kit is not always treated as a single product for duty calculation purposes. For example:

• if a bundle includes 2 eligible products, the EU Customs Duty will be $6 ($3 × 2).
• If a bundle includes 3 eligible products, the EU Customs Duty will be $9 ($3 × 3).

Where this fee applies

This fee may apply to eligible physical-product orders shipped to the following European Union countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Products excluded from this fee

This fee applies to physical products only.

Virtual products that do not require shipping are excluded from this charge, including:

• Insurance products
• Gift card products

Because these excluded products do not require physical shipment, they are not subject to EU customs-related import charges.

Important update regarding a possible future Handling fee

At this time, we do not charge a separate EU Handling Fee

However, based on currently available public information, an additional EU-wide handling or processing fee may be introduced from November 1, 2026.

If such a requirement takes effect in the future, we will update this page and our checkout information before applying any additional fee.
