Worry-Free Purchase protects against delayed , lost items, and damaged . The specific terms are as follows:

• Delayed: Not delivered within 30 days after shipment → $5 compensation
• Lost: Not delivered within 60 days after shipment → Full item value
• Package Theft: Marked as delivered but not received → File a claim within 15 days using relevant proof
• Damage: Item arrives broken or unusable → File a claim within 15 days → Full item value (Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents is not covered)

• Policy Start Date: From the time the order is placed.
• Policy Expiration Date: 90 days from the order placement time.
• Policy Effective Time: Coverage becomes active when the first package is shipped, providing protection during transit.

• Orders under $50: a flat fee of $1.28
• Orders $50 and above: 2% of the order value

The insurance option is available only in the following countries:
United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, and Ireland.
