We sincerely apologize. The initial mold design was inadequate：
1. Impacts the functionality of the joystick controls on both right and left.
2. The primary action buttons (A/B/X/Y) are out of comfortable reach.
3. Navigating the Menu and Armory Crate buttons poses a challenge due to their positioning.
4. Access to the View and Command Center buttons is inconvenient.

If you have received the first-generation product, please contact us for assistance. The improved second-generation model has been re-released and is available for purchase since October 30th.

Our cases are robust and durable, but may require effort to install to ensure a tight fit.

Installation Guide:
1.Start with the bottom: Ensure it is fully inserted into the device.
2.Top installation: Align one side, gently insert, then press the other side into place.

Some users have expressed concerns about the product's sealing performance. An enhanced version with improved sealing capabilities is set to be released in mid-December.

Joystick Caps that exceed 18mm in diameter and 3mm in thickness are not compatible with the face cover.

This compatibility issue has been highlighted on the product sales page.

The product is currently under research and development, and we anticipate its online availability by mid-January.

Due to the nature of certain materials that inherently possess a distinct, pungent odor, coupled with the prolonged sealed packaging during international logistics, some customers may experience an unpleasant, strong smell when initially opening the product. We are addressing this by incorporating activated carbon packets in future packaging to mitigate such odors.

We have tested the compatibility of certain 2280 SSDs with transparent backshells that come with RGB modules (without installing high heat sinks). Due to potential variations in modifications, there may be cases where components are covered. We recommend taking insulation measures or adjusting the RGB module based on the actual situation.

The issue arises due to a light sensor within the ROG Ally. It's crucial to apply the light sensor film provided. Please carefully follow the step-by-step tutorial highlighted on our webpage. If you face this issue, do not worry. Contact our support team at official@jsaux.com, and we will assist you in resolving it.

Future shipments will include stronger buckles. We anticipate launching the improved version in the first quarter of next year. If there are any changes to the release timeline, you can check our social media or contact customer service for the latest updates.

All our currently available docking stations are designed to support a 65W charger, enabling the activation of the 30W Turbo Mode.

For some older docking station models, the 30W Turbo Mode can be activated via a firmware upgrade. If you've previously purchased a JSAUX docking station, please reach out to our customer support at official@jsaux.com for detailed firmware upgrade instructions specific to your model.

Regarding the RGB Docking Station HB1201 & 7-in-1 Docking Station HB0702 models: As of now, there is no firmware available for online updating these models. We encourage you to stay updated through our social media and official website. Should you face any issues, our customer support team is ready to assist you.

The issue can be resolved with a firmware upgrade. For assistance, please reach out to our customer service at official@jsaux.com.

Current Status: The docking stations available for sale at the moment do not support VRR/ALLM functions due to limitations of the video chip.

Future Plans: In our ongoing product development, we are focusing on optimizing support for VRR/ALLM modes in upcoming releases, enhancing the user experience with these advanced features.

11-in-1 Docking Station HB1101 & 12-in-1 RGB Docking Station HB1201 : Using HDMI at 4K60Hz may result in blue/green screen errors, which can be mitigated by reducing the resolution (DisplayPort interface does not have this issue). Additionally, enabling HDR may cause the screen to appear gray.

These issues can be addressed through a firmware update. For guidance and support, please reach out to our customer service at official@jsaux.com.

●Docking Station Models (5-in-1 Docking Station HB0602 /6-in-1 Docking Station HB0603 /11-in-1 Docking Station HB1101): All test functions are operating normally. However, the built-in cable for these docks is currently shorter than desired. We plan to increase the cable length in future models, which are expected to launch in the first quarter of next year.

●7-in-1 Docking Station HB0702 needs to remove the handle to place it in the groove.

●Shoulder Bag for Handheld BG0105A currently available are not compatible with Legion Go. We are developing specialized storage bags for Legion Go, anticipated to be released by the end of December.

●Supported Accessories: Storage bag, tempered film, silicone case, protective case, Steam Deck sticker, anti-slip sticker, touchpad sticker, joystick cap, game console bracket, cooling fan, power bank, hard drive box, docking stations.

●Compatible with the Transparent Back Plate PC0106 and Transparent Vents Back Plate PC0106B.

Note: The provided screwdriver fits Phillips screws. To disassemble the OLED version, you'll need a TR6 screwdriver.
Future Plans: We're adding new screws and screwdrivers with two types of screws and bits. Additionally, we plan to include new accessories in the product packaging in the first quarter of next year. ●RGB Transparent Back Plate PC0106A: Currently unsupported.We currently don't have plans for the development of a new transparent back panel. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us at official@jsaux.com.

●Transparent Shell Front Cover PC0108: Currently unsupported.

●Silicone Grip GP0016: Compatible but may obscure the OLED's light sensor, affecting automatic brightness adjustment.
