Low saturation in HDR output on an external display through SteamDeck.

I have HB602 and HB702.
The HB702 was purchased most recently.

However, HB702 has a problem with low saturation in HDR output on an external display through SteamDeck(Old Model).
In the case of HB602, HDR expression has become excellent since SteamDeck's 3.5.17 patch.

I am sending this email because I am not convinced that there is a problem with the higher priced version.

There are two types of displays I checked, "LG 32GQ950" and "ZeusLAB P16K", and both had the same desaturation symptom.

Good luck waiting for your order

Customer service is lacking. It's been 10 days since I placed my order. Delivery lost. Multiple emails and chat logs. Zero response.

I'm sure the product is fine, but DO NOT order direct. JSAUX dues not have a good customer service department. Go with Amazon or something. At least they will work with you and respond when something goes wrong. I would have had my product in two days with Prime. Now if looks like I'll have to work with my bank to issue a chargeback because no one at JSAUX will acknowledge my order.

Regarding your concerns, we responded to your inquiry on April 9th, the day after you contacted us. Additionally, the tracking information confirms that your package was shipped on March 30th and was signed for on April 9th. It's possible that a neighbor or family member may have received it on your behalf. Could you please check with them?
